MHJC will not enroll students under the age of 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An Information Evening for prospective students enrolling for 2026 will be held on<strong> Wednesday 30th July<\/strong> from 6:00pm to 7:15pm. This will be a good opportunity to meet the principal, members of staff and students and go on a tour of the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IN ZONE STUDENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrolment applications for in-zone students open from <strong>Monday 9th June 2025<\/strong>, closing on <strong>Friday 29th August, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In zone students<\/strong> can enrol by following the link to our 2 stage enrolment form below. Parent visas in this case are also required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School report if your previous school was not Baverstock Oaks School or Mission Heights Primary School<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed copy of the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mhjc.school.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/MHJC-ICT-Parent-User-Agreement.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Parent Cybersafety Agreement form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student&#8217;s immunisation certificates&nbsp;(including Covid vaccination if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal custody parenting order (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For homeowners :-<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of your address #1 : Sales and Purchase Agreement. We also accept Auckland Council rates bills or Watercare bills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of your address #2 : Electricity bill, House, contents or car insurance policy that is current with your name and address)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For people who are renting in-zone :-<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of your address #1 : Tenancy Agreement which must be valid for the period of 12 months from the first day the student commences school at MHJC and it must be a council approved rateable dwelling of which your family are the occupants. <strong>Boarding, flatting and homestays are&nbsp;not&nbsp;permitted.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of your address #2 : Tenancy Services Bond Lodgment Receipt from the Department of building and housing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of your address #3 : Electricity bill, House, contents or car insurance policy that is current with your name and address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For parents living with family in-zone :-<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Statutory declaration form(s). With these forms, <strong>we require the following<\/strong> :-\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One of the following where applicable;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sales &amp; Purchase Agreement of the property owner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rental Agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed shared rental agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If renting, signed and witnessed Owner \/ Head Tenant Statutory Declaration form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed and witnessed Parents \/ Caregivers Statutory Declaration form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a current electricity bill of the property at that address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a bill or letter addressed to the parent at that address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that we&nbsp;do not accept bank statements or handphone bills.
