Associate Principal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The board seeks candidates who are experienced and qualified in school leadership and management and who will maintain and promote the school\u2019s vision of \u201cgrowing greatness through innovative, constantly evolving personalised learning\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful candidate will work closely with the principal and contribute to the school\u2019s strategic direction, resource allocation and operational planning. They will help to maintain a collaborative, inclusive, supportive and high-trust learning environment based on wh\u0101naungatanga, manaakitanga and kaitiakitanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A passion for education and leadership experience in the middle school years model (Year 7-10) would be of significant advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting date: Term 1, 2027<\/p>\n\n\n\n
