{"id":800,"date":"2016-06-15T17:14:56","date_gmt":"2016-06-15T05:14:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mhjc.school.nz\/?p=800"},"modified":"2016-06-15T17:15:42","modified_gmt":"2016-06-15T05:15:42","slug":"glenbrook-steel-mill-science-field-trip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mhjc.school.nz\/index.php\/2016\/06\/15\/glenbrook-steel-mill-science-field-trip\/","title":{"rendered":"Glenbrook Steel Mill &#8211; Science Field Trip"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Year 10 students from Coast Whanau visited the\u00a0<strong>Glenbrook Steel Mill<\/strong>\u00a0to learn about sustainable practices and energy transformation during each stage of steel production.\u00a0Students enjoyed talking to the resident chemists, some students operated a spectrophotometer to analyse their steel sample. After lunch they went on a guided tour of their rolling mill.
