Tickets to the event are $10 per head, available at reception. Spot prizes will be drawn throughout the morning. We want as meany fathers to come as possible, but also realise that this isn’t always possible. Therefore a significant male role model would also be appropriate for the boys to bring along, eg. an Uncle or Grandfather.

Our special guest for the breakfast is Ritchie Barnett. Ritchie is a former professional rugby league player of the 1990’s and 2000’s. A New Zealand national representative fullback, he also captained the side during his career, during which he played for clubs in New Zealand, Australia and England.  Following his playing career, he became a columnist for The New Zealand Herald and is also currently working for Sky as a reporter for their coverage of Rugby League.

Richie will talk a little about his experience on the footy field, and more importantly his experience with raising a teenage boy.

With the British & Irish Lions in the country, the breakfast has a rugby/sporting theme.  Please feel free to wear your favourite rugby jersey or other sporting shirt.  The boys will need to still have their full school uniform with them and can change into their usual school shirt for Session 1.

Breakfast will be available from 7.15 am and the event will wrap up at 8.30 am, to allow the boys to go to class and their Dads to go to work.
