The Board of Trustees Chairperson has approved the request for members of the PPTA (Secondary Teachers Union) to attend a Union meeting in the afternoon, scheduled for Thursday 27 February, 2020.  As a result normal classes will stop at the end of Session 3 on that day (12 noon).
The school will remain open with teachers who are not PPTA members supervising students who need to remain at school in their Whanau.
Please email the Whanau Assistant, as below, if you wish your child to be supervised at school from 12 noon on Thursday 27 February.  For organisational purposes your email should reach us by Friday 21 February.
Please note that if this request is not received, it is understood that the parent/caregiver will take responsibility for the supervision of their child/ren.
