Last week, Te Whānau Maunga (Mountains) Year 10s went to Rotorua for an overnight trip.Despite the wet weather it was an action packed trip! They visited Whakarewarewa Thermal Village, where they learned about geothermal cooking and the history of the local area and iwi. Students and staff also gave Zorbing a go!The group continued their adventures with a visit to the Redwood Treewalk at night. They swam at the Polynesian Spa and went up the Gondola to the Luge, where teachers and students participated in some competitive races.
